Dietary supplement Stark Pharm - Stark L-Tryptophan contains L-tryptophan, an essential amino acid, which is important for the synthesis of serotonin, the 'happiness hormone', and melatonin, the 'sleep hormone', which regulate our mood, sleep and appetite. An essential amino acid, since L-tryptophan is not synthesized by the body on its own, and we obtain it with food or by taking nutritional supplements.
