DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

We will try to deliver as soon as possible, but delivery takes place within 3 working days (route logistics) from the moment the order is placed. Address delivery is made to the entrance. Please note that orders are not delivered on Saturdays and Sundays.

Before delivery, the employee of the delivery service must contact the buyer within an hour and inform about the delivery of the order. In the case of a lack of telephone communication with the buyer, the delivery service employee does not leave, unless the possible lack of communication with the buyer before the time of delivery was discussed when placing the order.

IMPORTANT for orders for wholesale items:

Orders for wholesale items (bags, barrels, factory packaging of raw materials) can be processed for shipment only with full payment. Wholesale items are not eligible for free shipping.

IMPORTANT for orders with a discount through a PROMOTION (does not apply to a quantity discount or markdown):

Promotional items are not eligible for free shipping unless otherwise discussed in the promotional mailing description or on the product description page.

Algorithm of work in Ukraine:

1. Order on the website or by phone - the manager calls and arranges or specifies all the details.

2. You receive an invoice for payment through a private company or confirm the post-payment by Novaya Poshta upon receipt. In case of post-payment, delivery will be more expensive (approximate post-payment: 2% of the order price + UAH 20).

3. If you chose private payment, you will receive an SMS or mail (at your request) with the account to which you need to pay the order. After payment, you send an SMS with the time of payment.

4. We see the payment and confirm the shipment order, it goes to work. On the same day (upon confirmation of payment by 3:00 p.m. (Monday 2:00 p.m.)) the parcel will go.

5. The next morning, by 11:00 a.m., our courier delivers the invoice to the office and the manager will be able to send you an SMS with the Nova Poshta invoice number to receive the parcel.
