Vitamin B5 is an important water-soluble vitamin of group B, its main function is to synthesize coenzyme A (KoA), which the body needs for the synthesis and breakdown of fatty acids, the transfer of acetyl and acyl groups, and the occurrence of a significant number of other anabolic and catabolic processes in the body.
In addition, pantothenic acid is an important nutrient for maintaining healthy skin, hair, and nails, promoting tissue repair, and aiding wound healing.
