Omega-3 includes EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) in the form of triglycerides, are part of blood vessels and cell membranes, contribute to the normalization of cholesterol levels, help to regulate metabolism, strengthen the body's immune system. In addition, the use of omega 3 supports the health of the cardiovascular system, which reduces the risk of thrombosis.
A diet supplemented with polyunsaturated fatty acids can reduce anxiety and depression, optimize metabolic processes in the body, help fight inflammation, and improve the condition of the skin and hair.
