The composition of one serving (5 grams):

Creatine monohydrate - 4 grams
Taurine - 0.45 grams.

Recommendations for use:

Mix 1 serving (5 grams) of sports supplement with 200-300 ml of water, juice or other carbohydrate drink. On training days, take 1 serving before workout and 1 serving after workout. On rest days, take 1 serving in the morning after waking up.
