1. Увеличение недельного КПШ на 25% в жиме, с весами 70 и 80% от 1ПМ
2. В приседе и становой — КПШ на 12-20%.
3. В течении дня общая мышечная выносливость выросла на 50% — если раньше фитнес-браслет показывал 400 ккал и я уставал, то сейчас на 600 ккал ещё полно сил что-то делать.
Сам креатин размешиваю в вишневом соке. Рвотного рефлекса после употребления нет (что бывает от подобных добавок других фирм).
Единственная побочка — залило мышцы килограмма на 3-4, при весе 100 кг. Увеличелся объем и стали более массивными, что в пауерлифтинге не очень хорошо. Но культуристам зайдет.
