It is a complex of three essential amino acids (leucine, valine, isoleucine) with branched side chains. It is the most important supplementary food for people who are subjected to constant physical exertion, since BCAAs are the most important material for building muscle tissue and protecting muscles from destruction.
Organic BCAA 8:1:1 OstroVit has a non-standard ratio of leucine : isoleucine : valine. Here, the increased concentration of leucine is 8 parts, in contrast to the classic "2: 1: 1". This makes the supplement great for a fat burning period. It is these proportions that maximally preserve muscles from catabolism and reduction, allowing you to reduce body weight due to excess fat.

Recommendations for use:
