ZMA Pro Universal Nutrition is a new development that contains zinc and magnesium, as well as vitamin B6 for maximum absorption. It is used as a means of increasing the level of testosterone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1). Zinc is required by the body for testosterone production, cognitive enhancement, and protein synthesis. Magnesium supports muscle contraction/relaxation and increases ATP (adenosine triphosphate) production to increase muscle energy.
