Stark MSM & Vitamin C is a complex of the most popular supplements in sports nutrition , which has proven itself to suppress inflammation in the joints and soft tissues during injuries.
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is an organosulfur compound with a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect, which is found in some plants, and is found in small amounts in various foods. Methylsulfonylmethane is widely used as a dietary supplement for the treatment and strengthening of joints and ligaments.
The use of this additive - a chondroprotector - allows you to reduce pain in the joints and ligaments, with a minimal risk of side effects. This makes methylsulfonylmethane an attractive tool in bodybuilding and powerlifting. Together with vitamin C, it has a synergistic nature of the productivity of use.
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) , an organic compound related to glucose, is one of the main nutrients in the human diet, which is necessary for the normal functioning of connective and bone tissue. Performs the biological functions of a reducing agent and coenzyme of some metabolic processes, is considered as an antioxidant.

- occupational risk groups for the development of chronic injuries of the musculoskeletal system (arthrosis of various joints);
- to prevent post-traumatic complications in case of injuries of the musculoskeletal system (especially in athletes and adolescents). Adolescents MSM is necessary to strengthen the muscular frame during the period of active growth;
- with constitutional weakness of the muscular-ligamentous apparatus;
- as part of a course of post-traumatic therapy to reduce the duration of treatment and increase the elasticity of muscles and ligaments (tear and sprain, myositis, tendovaginitis, bursitis);
- people leading an active lifestyle (effectively relieves “krepatura”, removing lactic acid from the tissues).

Recommendations:
