Recommendations for use:
Mix 1 scoop (18.5 grams) with 350-450 ml of liquid. Take 30 minutes before training, best on an empty stomach. Do not exceed 2 scoops at one time or in one day. A serving contains approximately 200 mg of caffeine. When mixing NO-XPLODE®, do not shake. Stir the powder with a cutlery.
