The OstroVit - Waxy Maize food supplement contains carbohydrates, the source of which is corn starch.
Waxy corn starch is an excellent source of energy for athletes. This food supplement contains carbohydrates that can be used as a primary energy source, as well as glucose, but, unlike it, has a much lower glycemic index (does not cause a sharp increase in blood sugar levels).
Recommended for use as a pre-workout energy source, it can help all active people who are sensitive to changes in blood sugar levels and those who spend two or more hours in the gym during a single workout.
