Omega-3 includes EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) in the form of triglycerides, which are part of blood vessels and cell membranes, contribute to the normalization of cholesterol levels, help regulate metabolism, and strengthen the body's immune system.
