The use of BCAA + Glutamine before training affects the growth of strength and endurance during training. The product is intended for physically active people as a means of developing strength and muscle mass. Characteristics of the active ingredients: L-valine, L-leucine and L-isoleucine - branched chain amino acids - contribute to the regeneration of muscle proteins, especially in conditions that increase catabolic processes, etc.
