Description
Nutritional supplement Now Foods - P-5-P contains vitamin B6 and magnesium.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) acts primarily as an enzyme catalyst in many body processes, including energy metabolism and neurotransmitter function. Before it can be used for this purpose, it must be converted by the liver to the coenzyme form (P-5-P). P-5-P eliminates this step by providing B6 in its converted form, which provides greater bioavailability.
Magnesium improves the work of the digestive system, namely: it stimulates peristalsis of the intestines and gallbladder, relieves spasms of the smooth muscles of the liver and gallbladder, and relieves indigestion. Normalizes the work of the genitourinary system (relieves spasm of the ureters and bladder, promotes better emptying of the bladder, improves PMS and menopause). Prevents calcium deposits, as well as stones in the kidneys and gall bladder. Improves respiratory function in asthma and chronic bronchitis. Participates in bone formation. Important for healthy teeth.

Recommendations for use:
