Dietary supplement Natural Factors - Rutin contains rutin, a natural bioflavonoid found in many foods such as buckwheat, citrus fruits, apples (especially the peel), berries, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, and others. The supplement is fortified with vitamin C.
Rutin is used to strengthen blood vessels, reduce capillary permeability, and improve blood circulation. Taking rutin makes the walls of blood vessels stronger and more elastic, which helps prevent bleeding and improve blood circulation. Due to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, rutin may also be useful for lowering cholesterol levels and improving overall health.
