The optimal combination of 4.5 g of Creatine and 4.5 g of Beta-Alanine increases physical endurance during short-term, high-intensity exercise. Creatine increases physical endurance, and beta-alanine, which is contained in the drug, prolongs training time by slowing down the feeling of fatigue.
The product is recommended especially during the period of building muscle mass, also for people who train endurance (for example: running, crossfit, cycling) and strength sports.
Dissolve a serving (10 g) of a sports supplement in 250 ml of water. Take 30-40 minutes before training. On rest days, 1 serving in the morning.
