Platinum Micellar casein Fitness Authority is a casein protein with a slow release of amino acids - its action lasts up to 7-8 hours. Casein should be drunk before bed to saturate muscle tissue with nutrients and protect them from catabolism, as well as before prolonged fasting. Thus, when a positive nitrogen balance is constantly maintained, the best conditions are created for the growth of muscle mass, improvement of the athlete's strength characteristics and overall progress in strength areas.
