Description
Boxing cap from Power Play is:
- anatomical shape for secure fixation;
- protects against injury without restricting breathing;
- compact carrying and storage case.
Instructions for use:
1. Prepare 2 containers of hot and cold water;
2. Dip the tray in a container of hot water (not on fire!) for 30 seconds;
3. Take out and dip in cold water for 1 second;
4. Insert a cap on the upper dentition and firmly clench your teeth;
5. Holding the mouth guard in this position will give it a shape that matches
Your teeth (do not chew on the material!);
6. Lower the tray into hot water again for 2 seconds;
7. Immediately insert the mouthguard onto the upper dentition, holding the tongue and firmly
clench your teeth;
8. Finally, dip the mouth guard in cold water for 2 minutes.
