MyProtein - Slow-Release Casein is a high quality source of micellar casein that is slowly digested with sustained release of amino acids. This process allows minimizing the catabolic processes that intensively occur in the body of an athlete during sleep and during meals.

Recommendations for use:
Mix 1 serving (30 grams) in 200-300 ml of water or milk and drink 30 minutes before bedtime. It can also be consumed at any other time during the day as needed.
