Description
Stark Calcium Citrate Powder contains pure calcium in the form of citrate, which is easily absorbed by the body.
Why use calcium?
Calcium provides the building blocks that help keep bones and teeth healthy and safe. At the same time, it is not deposited in the urinary channels with the formation of stones. It also supports a healthy colon, heart, musculoskeletal system and nervous system. Contains the citrate form of calcium, which is quickly absorbed. The process of reducing acidity, which usually begins after the age of 40, significantly complicates the assimilation of such minerals as magnesium, calcium, zinc and others in the body. Calcium citrate does not depend on this factor, so its complete absorption occurs even under conditions of reduced acidity. Combined with a healthy diet and physical activity, calcium can reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.
Recommendations for use: can be recommended to increase the level of calcium in the diet.
It is recommended to use with Stark D3-K2-K1 Liquid Extract supplement.
The product should be used on the recommendation of the trainer or as prescribed by the doctor.

Method of use:As a dietary or sports supplement for adults, take 1 serving per day (one serving = 1 scoop/teaspoon). Use by mixing in a shaker with 100 ml of water, or by adding to food. Can be combined with multivitamins containing vitamins D and magnesium for better absorption of calcium by the bone structure.
Caution: Do not exceed the recommended amount. The product is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Use only as a supplement to a complete diet.
Contraindications: individual sensitivity to product components, children, pregnant and lactating women.
