Food supplement Amix - BCAA 2-1-1 contains high-quality supermicronized branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) - leucine, isoleucine and valine - in a ratio of 2:1:1. BCAA amino acids are the building blocks of protein that contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
The essential amino acid leucine (L-leucine) has the most pronounced anabolic effect. Leucine stimulates the growth of muscle tissue and protects it from destruction. In addition, it helps burn excess fat and enhances collagen production.
Isoleucine (L-isoleucine) helps accelerate the recovery of damaged muscle tissue, increases muscle endurance. It also participates in the regulation of blood sugar levels and improves hemoglobin synthesis.
Valine is necessary for maintaining a positive nitrogen balance in the body. It also helps maintain serotonin levels in the body, helps increase immunity and accelerate regeneration after illness and injury. It is an important amino acid that is necessary for the production of anabolic hormones, namely somatotropin and thyroid hormones.
The presence of vitamin B6 helps regulate protein metabolism. In addition, the vitamin is involved in fat and lipid metabolism, improving the absorption of unsaturated fatty acids.

Ingredients: instantized L-leucine, instantized L-isoleucine, instantized L-valine, citric acid (acidity regulator), flavoring, silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), sucralose (sweetener), beet juice (only for flavors: fruit punch, black cherry, wild berries, raspberry lemonade, orange and grapefruit lemonade), colorings: curcumin (only for flavors: pineapple, lemon-lime, orange and grapefruit lemonade), copper chlorophyll complexes (only for flavors: green apple and watermelon), caramel (only for cola flavor), beta-carotene (only for delicious mango flavor), soy lecithin (emulsifier), acesulfame potassium (sweetener), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
The supplement may contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten, shellfish, tree nuts and peanuts.
Method of use:
Mix 2 scoops (10 g) with 300-400 ml of water and consume immediately after exercise. Consume immediately after preparation. Take 10 g per day.
