Dietary supplement Stark Pharm - Stark AAKG Powder is an amino acid in the form of a powder, from which biologically active compounds are formed in the body, namely: agmatine and nitric oxide (NO). They are important for shaping the figure, developing functionality and maintaining sexual activity. Arginine provides an adequate supply of blood, oxygen and nutrients to muscle tissue, and also promotes muscle growth, increased potency, and reduced adipose tissue.
A number of well-controlled clinical studies have shown that 2 grams of arginine taken by athletes for 5 weeks leads to a significant (compared to the control group) increase in strength and muscle mass, as well as a decrease in fat and protein breakdown products.
In this reaction, arginine is converted into a hormone gas - nitric oxide (NO). Nitric oxide causes the production of cyclic nucleotides. In muscle tissue, cyclic nucleotides are involved in the circulation of blood and oxygen, amino acids, creatine and the distribution of energy elements, as well as in the creation of impulse strength and protein anabolism. Thus, they stimulate an increase in strength and muscle growth. On the other hand, in fat cells, cyclic nucleotides intensify the processes of lipolysis and thermogenesis, that is, the dissociation of spare fat cells, which releases thermal energy.
In this reaction, arginine is converted to polyamine, which is necessary for protein synthesis. Not only do polyamines build muscle tissue with proteins, but they also produce new muscle cells! Thus, thanks to arginine (indirectly), we can achieve permanent muscle growth. In this reaction, arginine is converted to agmatine, an amine that has the same characteristics as thermogenics, especially yohimbine. Agmatine increases the level of cyclic nucleotides, which, as mentioned in point 1, affects the growth of muscles and fat.
Also converts to creatine, which was not mentioned in the points above due to the wide availability of creatine.
Arginine undergoes complete dissociation into carbon dioxide and water. This reaction is inhibited by the indirect metabolite arginine alpha-KG (AKG), which, when combined with arginine, produces AAKG, the multiplied activated form of this amino acid.
