Food supplement OstroVit - Omega 3 + ADEK contains fish oil and four vitamins: A, D, E and K. Each capsule contains up to 180 mg of EPA acid and 120 mg of DHA acid, which strengthen immunity and mental health, have antioxidant properties and allow you to take care of hormonal balance.
Omega-3 fatty acids prevent clotting and regulate blood pressure, which reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases. In addition, omega-3 contributes to the improvement of the mental state and provides anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects.
Vitamin A accelerates skin regeneration and supports the growth of nails and hair. It has a positive effect on immunity and allows you to enjoy good eyesight.
Vitamin D supports the functioning of the immune system, promotes the development and mineralization of bones, and also helps the assimilation of calcium and phosphorus.

The product may contain milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oats, eggs, crustaceans.
Recommendations for use:
1 serving (1 capsule) per day, preferably after a meal. Drink plenty of water.
Before use, it is recommended to conduct a 25- (OH) D blood test and consult a doctor or pharmacist. The product is intended for adults.
Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Contraindication:
Do not exceed the recommended dose. The product should not be used by children, pregnant women, during lactation, and people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (eg, warfarin and acenocoumarol).
