Food supplement Stark Pharm - Stark Natural Omega 3 contains natural fish oil. The supplement is a source of polyunsaturated fatty acids from fillets of various types of fish with the maximum possible natural (without the use of chemical processing) content of EPA and DHA in the form of triglycerides. Omega is a group of unsaturated fatty acids, which includes polyunsaturated fatty acids, of which eicosapentaenoic (EPA) and docosahexaenoic (DHA) acids are irreplaceable (they are not reproduced in the body in the necessary amount, and various biochemical and physiological problems occur when they are lacking).
