Dietary supplement Stark Pharm - Stark Collagen Hydrolyzed & Biotin contains collagen and biotin.
Hydrolyzed collagen is one of the most abundant proteins in the human body, the main structural protein that shapes our body and provides tissue strength: in fact, it holds or binds cells together. Most collagen is found in connective tissues that perform a mechanical function: bones, cartilage and ligaments.
Collagen is used as a means to strengthen joints and ligaments. Collagen, taken orally, is able to restore the integrity of cartilage, strengthen ligaments and relieve pain from joint damage, increase the density of collagen fibers and fibroblasts (cells that produce collagen inside the body) in the skin, cartilage and ligaments.
Biotin (aka vitamin B7, H) in the composition is involved in metabolism (part of the enzymes that regulate protein, carbohydrate and fat metabolism) and has a positive effect on the growth and structure of hair, nails, and skin structure. Biotin visibly improves the complexion and makes the skin more elastic and silky.

Recommendations for use:
