Recommendations for use:
Daily dose for athletes weighing up to 90 kg - 4 capsules per day, over 90 kg - 5 capsules per day. On training days, take half the daily dose 60 minutes before training and half the daily dose immediately after training. On non-training days, take half of the daily dose 30 minutes before breakfast and another half of the daily dose about 30 minutes before lunch.
To increase the maximum effect, it is recommended to take the supplement cyclically. 4 weeks to use the supplement every day, then take a break for 4 weeks.
