OstroVit - Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin contains vitamin B12, a water-soluble vitamin from the B group of vitamins. It plays an exceptional role in maintaining the health of the nervous system and the absorption of fats and proteins. Methylcobalamin also plays an important role in DNA synthesis during cell division and is therefore important for the function of rapidly proliferating cells such as blood cells.
