BioTech - Beef Protein food supplement is a mixture of peptides obtained from European beef using multi-stage hydrolysis technology, contains a special mixture of amino acids and peptides of various sizes from pre-digested protein.

Recommendations for use:
Mix 1 serving (30 g = 1 scoop = 2 heaping tablespoons) with 250 ml of water in a shaker. On training days, drink at least two servings; one serving within 45 minutes after training and the other between two meals. On rest days, drink one serving in the morning and evening.
Contraindications:
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
