Recommendations for use:
Dissolve 1 serving (20 grams/ 3 scoops) in 200 - 250 ml of water in a shaker. Take one serving 30 minutes before training.
A single intake of more than 800 mg of beta-alanine may cause side effects (tingling, numbness). It is recommended to use a single dose of 800 mg with a break of at least 3 hours. Food supplement in tropical punch flavored powder contains sweeteners and caffeine.
