Description
Jarrow Formulas Theanine promotes relaxation without causing drowsiness, as evidenced by enhanced alpha wave production. Theanine may improve learning and satisfaction by acting on dopamine and serotonin neurotransmitters in the brain. Theanine also has a protective effect on the brain, softening the toxic effects of glutamate.
Jarrow Formulas Theanine is enzymatically produced from amino acids and is identical to the theanine found in green tea.
Ingredients per serving (1 capsule):
- L-theanine 100 mg
Other Ingredients: Cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silica, gelatin capsule.
It is recommended to take 1 capsule daily on an empty stomach with water or juice, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
