Recommendations for use:
6 grams/1 tablespoon supplement twice daily with meals. The recommended portion of the product can be increased by 12 g every 3 days to obtain an optimal portion adapted to the needs of your body.
Contraindications:
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplementation in excess of 100 g of the product may cause gastrointestinal problems.
