Puritan's Pride - Lactase Enzyme contains the lactase enzyme, which helps your body convert lactose into simple sugars and absorb them fully. The coating of the capsule will create the correct intestinal microflora and ensure maximum absorption of lactose.

Composition of 1 serving (3 capsules) Puritan's Pride - Lactase Enzyme:
- Lactase Enzyme (Aspergillus oryzae) 375 mg
Other Ingredients:
- Soybean oil
- Gelatin

Contains <2% of: Soy Lecithin, Titanium Dioxide, Yellow Beeswax.
Contains wheat and soy ingredients.
Recommendations for use:
1 serving (3 capsules) immediately before eating food or drinks containing lactose. Take one (1) capsule with medication or supplements that contain lactose. These capsules should be swallowed and should not be added directly to milk or other dairy products.
