Scitec Nutrition's Lactase Enzyme provides 5,000 FCC units of lactase enzymes per capsule to help your body convert lactose into simple sugars and absorb them fully. One capsule is enough to digest 20-26 grams of milk sugar, the same amount of lactose is contained in 400 ml of milk. People with hypersensitivity to lactose should increase the single serving to 2 capsules. The coating of the capsule will create the correct intestinal microflora and ensure maximum absorption of lactose.
