Food Work Gaba - Stark Pharm contains gamma-aminobutyric acid, which is one of the most important neurotransmitters in the brain that has an inhibitory effect. By nature, it is an amino acid. GABA in the human body induces sleep and eliminates mental arousal.
In bodybuilding, GABA is used because it can stimulate the anterior pituitary gland, which produces growth hormone. Growth hormone, in turn, has a pronounced anabolic and fat-burning effect.
In May 2003, a new experiment was performed in which the results were confirmed, and the test was conducted on bodybuilders. 3 g of GABA increased GH secretion, but only if the supplement was taken immediately after exercise. Without strength training, GABA had no effect on secretion.

If the body weight is more than 90 kg , it can be increased to 2 servings at a time twice a day under the supervision of a physician or sports trainer.
