BCAA Stark IBCAA 2-1-1 Mega tabs contains an instantized form of 2:1:1 BCAA amino acids in tablets supplemented with vitamin B6. The supplement consists of pure BCAAs, three essential amino acids that the body cannot produce on its own. This leucine, isoleucine and valine ratio of 2:1:1 is a classic supplement that is suitable and very effective for any period of training. BCAAs help build lean muscle mass and prevent catabolism.
With regular intensive training, the athlete's body is subjected to enormous physical stress, during which energy and amino acids are consumed.
If there is not enough free-form amino acids in the body, then they begin to be used from muscle tissue, and only then from fat reserves - this leads to muscle fatigue, long-term recovery, and lack of progress.
