Dietary supplement L-Tryptophan - Stark Pharm contains the amino acid tryptophan in powder form. It is from tryptophan that the body synthesizes niacin (vitamin B) and serotonin. The latter is involved in brain processes, controls appetite, sleep, mood and pain threshold.
Tryptophan is a natural relaxant that helps fight insomnia, as well as anxiety and depression.

Method of application: the portion for the adult athlete makes 1/2 scoop (1000 mg) 2 times a day. Consume on an empty stomach, at least one hour before your next meal and at bedtime. Pour 150 ml of water into a glass, pour 1 serving (1000 mg) of the supplement and stir with a spoon until the powder is completely dissolved.
Caution: do not exceed the recommended amount. The product is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Use only as a supplement to a complete diet.
Contraindications: individual intolerance to the components of the product, children, pregnant women and during lactation.

Storage conditions: in a dry, sun-protected place at a temperature of 5°С to 25°С and relative air humidity not more than 75%; in a place inaccessible to children.
