Puritan`s Pride - DHA is an essential polyunsaturated fatty acid that is part of Omega-3 fatty acids. It is especially important for the formation of the brain and vision of children, as well as for normal blood circulation in the brain. Women are advised to consume at least 200 mg of DHA during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
