Description

Creatine or methyl guanidoacetic acid is a nitrogen-containing carboxylic acid that is involved in energy metabolism in muscle and nerve cells.

At the moment, there are many forms of creatine , such as creatine malate, creatine phosphate, krealkalin, creatine ethyl ester, creatine monohydrate and others. The most widely used and well-known of these is creatine monohydrate.

However, in 2003, during the synthesis of components for creatine ethyl ester, a new type of creatine, hydrochloride, was discovered, which was patented and went on sale in 2009. Then it was produced by PromeraHealth under the brand name Con-cret. In the same year, despite the high price, Con-cret entered the Top 10 in terms of sales and reviews on the largest American site - bodybuilding.com. After 3 years, this form became the #1 creatine according to the same statistics.

What is the difference?

Creatine hydrochloride does not require loading, is highly soluble in water, does not retain water, and has no side effects. Compared to creatine monohydrate, creatine hydrochloride is much more effective than creatine monohydrate in all of the following respects:

  • molecular stability;
  • solubility (completely soluble in water!);
  • saturation rate of blood plasma and muscle cells;
  • practically does not turn into creatinine;

According to studies conducted by Promera Health, creatine hydrochloride is 59 times better absorbed than creatine monohydrate and 6 times better than creatine ester!

This difference in the degree of assimilation allows you to take creatine hydrochloride in microdoses, depending on body weight. Only 0.75 grams (a quarter of a teaspoon) per 45 kilograms of weight on days of rest and light training. And 1.5 grams (half a teaspoon) per 45 kg on heavy training days.

Creatine hydrochloride is extremely concentrated, very pure and its microdoses ensure that you increase strength and build muscle.

Despite the extremely powerful anabolic effect, creatine hydrochloride is not seen in any side effect! There are no such side effects noted when taking monohydrate as: water retention, digestive disorders, diarrhea, nausea.

In addition to the inherent effect of creatine, hydrochloride is included in the energy metabolism after only 30-45 minutes from the moment of intake and has a pronounced pre-workout effect, significantly increasing the intensity of your workouts.

Dosage and administration recommendations:

  • Serving size - ¼ teaspoon (0.75 grams) per 45 kg of weight.
  • On light training days, take 1 serving an hour before training.
  • On heavy training days, take 2 servings one hour before training.
  • On rest days, take 1 serving immediately after sleep.

How to put into practice:

On non-training days, stir in half a teaspoon (no heap at all), drink 30 minutes before meals. On training days, a flat teaspoon is mixed with water and consumed one hour before training (30 minutes before other supplements or protein. The acidic environment of hydrochloride can break down some substances). You need to stir the sports supplement into a large amount of water (300-400 ml), since the powder is quite acidic. After drinking, rinse the mouth with water to avoid corroding the enamel of the teeth with a hydrochloride solution.
