Recommendations for use:
Mix 1 serving (28 g = 1 flat measuring spoon = 2 heaping tablespoons) of powder with 250 ml of water twice a day. On training days, take the first serving within 45 minutes after training and the second serving between meals. On rest days, take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
