Recommendations for use:
1 serving (1 capsule) a day during or after a meal.
Please note: an individual short-term reaction is possible in the form of reddening of the skin and a feeling of blood flow to the head due to the high concentration of vitamin B3 (short-term effect of saturation of small vessels with blood). This effect can be neutralized by taking the supplement after a meal.
