Description

Stark Vitamin D3 is a 2000 IU vitamin D3 supplement per tablet. 

This vitamin is formed when we spend time in the sun due to its formation in human skin under the influence of ultraviolet rays and partially comes from food, promotes the absorption of calcium and phosphorus from food. These are the main reasons to include this supplement in the diet at a time when the sun is not so actively pleasing us with its rays.

Stimulates the accumulation of calcium in the bones, which helps to strengthen the musculoskeletal system.

Also, a number of clinical studies suggest the following additional functions of vitamin D: participation in the regulation of cell division, metabolic processes, stimulation of the synthesis of a number of hormones.

The daily requirement for an adult is 1-10 mcg, in bodybuilding it is used in large doses - 10-20 mcg.

The maximum allowable dose is 50-100 mcg. Studies have found a correlation between vitamin D levels and testosterone. It has been established that vitamin D intake increases testosterone secretion in men only in case of vitamin D deficiency (at its concentration below ~75-80 nmol/l).
