Recommendations for use:
For adults, 1 serving (1 tablet) 1-2 times (one tablet per day is enough for a weight of up to 80 kg) per day for 10 days, then take a break for 5 days, and resume taking echinacea for 10 days. This is repeated 3 times. That is, the total course of admission will be 30 days with breaks (five days each) every 10 days. This regimen will significantly strengthen immunity for the next 2 seasons. If necessary, the course can be repeated after 1-2 months.
In case of a cold or flu, for prevention, take 1-2 tablets daily until recovery, but not longer than 14 days.
