Description
Puritan's Pride Selenium is selenium, which is an important trace mineral that supports the immune system. Selenium in the body interacts with vitamins and enzymes, is involved in the regulation of metabolism, in the metabolism of fats, proteins and carbohydrates, as well as in redox processes.
